Allegiance, Impact Winter, Pathogen Taken from Xpress Magazine - 11th July '97 . . First though was a band whose name has been appearing more often recently, Pathogen. After being impressed by their Tyranny Of Hatred demo last year, which displayed some interesting approaches to the basic death metal sound, I was doubly impressed by the strength of their live set. Lineup changes and a lot of hard work has paid off for Pathogen, and with some soon-to-be-released material displayed this afternoon, we'll be hearing a lot more from them soon.
